Hebel Metal is a revolutionary building system that is both cost and time effective, without compromising quality by utilizing Hebel Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) with pre-fabricated metal stud partitions.

Hebel Metal was created by L & W Design Assist, L.L.C., a design firm comprised of architects, engineers and contractors who saw a unique opportunity to combine metal stud framing and Hebel AAC technology. The initial goal was to create a faster and more economical structural system than the antiquated building methods that have been in use for decades.  L&W partnered with Xella (manufacturer of Hebel AAC) to assist project design teams in the initial and ongoing use of Hebel Metal.

Hebel Metal is an ideal structural solution for modular-type structures such as limited service hotels, dormitories, apartment complexes and hospitals. Projects between four and eight stories maximize the use of the Hebel Metal components.

What Are The Components of Hebel Metal?

Prefabricated metal stud walls sheathed with two inch Hebel Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Panels, plastered and painted. Erected as an architecturally finished curtain wall. Interior load bearing prefabricated metal stud partitions. Hebel AAC Floor Planks, no gyp topping required. Ready to receive floor and ceiling finishes directly to Hebel AAC.
